Under the guidance of our Head Chef and his supporting team of chefs, they have worked hard to source the best of fresh local ingredients that showcase the wonderful produce that the South West has to offer.
We take our produce seriously and endeavor to cook with ingredients that come from the local area like our excellent Venison which we buy from the Blackdown Hills, or our succulent free-range Duck breast from Crediton. Our Fish is landed in Brixham.
